Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmap with 5-year strategic vision
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Oversee technology risk assessment and mitigation frameworks
- Drive innovation culture through mentorship and thought leadership initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in C-suite advisory roles
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or biotech
- Strong financial modeling skills for tech ROI analysis
- Exceptional communication with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry conferences
- Master's degree in relevant field (MBA preferred)
- Experience scaling technology organizations to $500M+ revenue
