- Identify and evaluate disruptive startups for strategic partnerships or acquisition
- Present future tech frameworks to C-suite executives and government innovation boards
- Author thought leadership publications on 2026 technology trends and policy implications
- Manage $10M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation decisions
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 8+ years in emerging tech strategy
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies to market
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or climate tech modeling
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals post-2020
- Experience securing federal grants for frontier technology initiatives ($5M+)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit)
- Security clearance or ability to obtain for classified innovation projects
