Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with global market trends for 2026
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, AI ethics)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive innovations and competitive opportunities
- Design scalable frameworks for integrating next-gen solutions into enterprise systems
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological adoption and ROI in future ecosystems
- Collaborate with R&D to validate technical feasibility of strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record in implementing future-focused digital transformations
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration, or decentralized systems
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology forecasting (e.g., CFMP, CTP)
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing technology investment decisions
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or future studies
