Responsibilities
- Develop and implement technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, focusing on AI ethics, quantum applications, and sustainable tech
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4, biotech convergence, AGI implications) for competitive advantage
- Establish strategic partnerships with quantum computing startups and AI research institutes
- Present technology vision to C-suite executives, investors, and industry forums
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-driven allocation decisions
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, or decentralized systems
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with >$100M revenue impact
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature, or equivalent tier publications
- Experience scaling tech teams from 10 to 100+ members
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management preferred
