Responsibilities
- Forecast technology trends through market analysis and academic research
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping futuristic solutions
- Partner with C-suite executives to align innovation with business goals
- Present strategic visions to investors and industry stakeholders
- Drive R&D initiatives in AI, biotech, and sustainable energy
- Maintain competitive intelligence through global tech ecosystem mapping
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in tech strategy or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: AI, quantum computing, AR/VR, or biotech
- Experience with scenario planning and technology foresight methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or conferences
