You'll collaborate with R&D, product, and engineering teams to translate futuristic concepts into actionable strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives, focusing on AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives including horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Drive innovation through startup scouting, academic partnerships, and emerging technology evaluation
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Build and lead a high-performing strategy team with diverse technical expertise
- Represent Innovate 2026 at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven experience with emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR)
- Exceptional strategic planning and analytical thinking abilities
- Strong track record of translating vision into executable roadmaps
- Excellent presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Certifications in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE) highly valued
