Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market evolution
- Quantify ROI and risk profiles for emerging tech investments (AI, quantum, Web3)
- Facilitate cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Present strategic technology briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build and manage an external ecosystem of startups, research labs, and academic partners
- Champion ethical technology frameworks and responsible innovation practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and translating to business strategy
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or biotech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA preferred)
