Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives bridging academic partnerships and commercial applications
- Analyze global tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities and competitive threats
- Develop scenario models for regulatory impacts and ethical implications of emerging tech
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board of directors
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with measurable ROI tracking
- Represent company at Davos, CES, and World Economic Forums
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Technology Strategy, Engineering, or Business (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in tech strategy at Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Proven track record launching future-focused initiatives (e.g., metaverse, AGI)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and tech forecasting
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech ecosystems (Web3, neuromorphic computing)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or similar
- Certified in Strategic Foresight (CFP) or Technology Innovation Management
