Responsibilities
- Lead technology horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive innovations for 2026-2030
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Facilitate cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Build executive-level frameworks for technology investment decisions and ROI modeling
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and startups to accelerate innovation
- Present future technology scenarios to stakeholders and influence product roadmaps
- Drive culture of experimentation through rapid prototyping and validation cycles
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services in tech-forward markets
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, or biotech convergence
- Strategic planning certification (e.g., INSEAD, Stanford LEAD) or equivalent experience
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation initiatives from concept to market
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field preferred
