Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and technology forecasting for 2026-2030 ecosystem shifts
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Partner with C-suite to align R&D investments with future market opportunities
- Build and lead a global innovation lab focused on next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Secure $50M+ in strategic partnerships and government innovation grants
- Author thought leadership publications on sustainable tech evolution
- Mentor teams in exponential thinking and adaptive innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI governance, or neurotech
- PhD or equivalent in computational science, engineering, or futures studies
- Portfolio of published foresight research or patented innovations
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants (SBIR, DARPA, etc.)
- Fluency in scenario planning and strategic foresight frameworks
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
