- Lead R&D initiatives for breakthrough innovations with $5M+ annual budget oversight
- Present strategic vision to investors, partners, and industry thought leaders
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of 15+ technical specialists
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption, ROI, and competitive differentiation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in C-suite or VP-level roles
- Proven track record of launching market-defining tech products
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing $1M+ budgets
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent industry innovation
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or German for global partnerships
