Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with business objectives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, Web4.0) for competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Establish KPIs for tech adoption and measure ROI of innovation initiatives
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present foresight analyses to executive stakeholders and investor communities
- Mentor talent in future-tech methodologies and innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization (AI/quantum/biotech)

- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi analysis)
