Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for healthcare, energy, and manufacturing sectors
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and competitive threats
- Design ethical AI governance frameworks ensuring responsible innovation adoption
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure $50M+ annual R&D budget allocation
- Present strategic recommendations to investors, board members, and industry consortiums
- Mentor emerging tech talent through our Future Leaders incubation program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with proven experience in Fortune 500 or scale-up environments
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation (MBA/MSc preferred)
- Deep expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or carbon capture tech
- Track record of launching products achieving $100M+ market impact
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Prior experience presenting at Davos, CES, or similar global innovation forums
- Strong network within Silicon Valley's venture capital and research ecosystems
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
