Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market trends and business objectives
- Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) and assess commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on technology adoption strategies
- Identify strategic partnerships and M&A opportunities to accelerate innovation
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Mentor junior strategists and cultivate a culture of technological curiosity
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, R&D management, or emerging technology consulting
- Proven track record of launching innovative products/services with measurable market impact
- Expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, AR/VR, or biotech)
- Strong financial modeling skills with experience in technology ROI analysis
- Exceptional presentation skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Published thought leadership in technology journals or industry conferences
