Qualifications

- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in AI ethics, blockchain, and climate tech applications
- Experience with federal innovation grant programs (SBIR, STTR)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or equivalent preferred
