Responsibilities
- Lead strategic technology roadmapping for 2026-2030, identifying disruptive trends in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Develop and execute innovation frameworks to translate future scenarios into actionable R&D priorities
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology strategy with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-generation solutions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers to co-create the future
- Present strategic recommendations to investors and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Mentor emerging talent in foresight methodologies and strategic thinking
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with demonstrated impact in emerging tech adoption
- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi analysis, scenario planning)
- Proven track record of leading complex R&D initiatives from concept to commercialization
- Advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
- Experience scaling technology teams in high-growth environments
