- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budgets with ROI-focused KPIs
- Mentor next-gen engineers through our Future Leaders program
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and venture capital partners
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 3+ years in future tech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technology impact
- Proven track record scaling quantum/AI initiatives to $100M+ revenue
- Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming (Qiskit)
- Security clearance preferred for government partnership projects
