- Establish partnerships with research institutions and startups to access cutting-edge innovations
- Define KPIs and success metrics for technology adoption and ROI tracking
- Drive sustainable technology initiatives to align with ESG goals and regulatory requirements
- Mentor senior engineers and product leads on future technology implications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in leadership roles
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (quantum, AI, blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Technology
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Certifications in cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure) and AI/ML frameworks
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex cross-functional projects
