Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives, including horizon scanning and scenario planning for emerging technologies
- Architect proof-of-concept frameworks for disruptive innovations (quantum computing, neurotech, etc.)
- Facilitate cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Present technology strategies to executive stakeholders and external partners
- Build and maintain a global network of technology innovators and research institutions
- Monitor ethical implications of emerging technologies and ensure responsible innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record of launching at least three breakthrough technology initiatives
- Expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (AI, biotech, quantum, etc.)
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management (preferred)
- Experience securing $1M+ innovation budgets and managing cross-functional teams
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation journals
