Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and blockchain 3.0
- Lead cross-disciplinary innovation sprints with R&D, engineering, and ethics teams
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on emerging tech (quantum, bio-IT, AR/VR)
- Architect technology adoption frameworks for enterprise clients
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and venture capitalists
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets and vendor ecosystems
- Author thought leadership on future tech policy and ethics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership on future tech trends (IEEE, ACM, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Professional certification in AI Ethics or Quantum Computing preferred
