- Design innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping and commercialization of breakthrough technologies
- Partner with product teams to integrate future tech capabilities into customer solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs to track technology adoption ROI and innovation pipeline health
- Mentor junior strategists and build a culture of technological curiosity
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record forecasting and implementing future-facing tech solutions
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Strategic certification or advanced degree in Technology Management, Innovation, or related field
