As a Future Technology Strategist, you'll work directly with C-suite executives and industry pioneers to develop 5-year technology roadmaps that position us at the forefront of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, aligning with global market trends and emerging scientific breakthroughs
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive technologies and assess their strategic implications
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for quantum computing, AGI, and biotech convergence
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-generation interfaces and interaction models
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting technology deployment timelines
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and national research laboratories
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Foresight (PhD/Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, R&D management, or emerging tech consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or decentralized AI
- Proven track record of developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Strong understanding of ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and AI governance
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex technological adoption curves
- Experience with scenario planning tools and futures research methodologies
- Prior publications or patents in emerging technology domains
