Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Proven track record scaling AI/ML or quantum computing initiatives
- Expertise in emerging tech ecosystem analysis (Gartner/Forrester preferred)
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management
- MBA or MS in Technology Innovation, Computer Science, or related field
