Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and business objectives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AI, biotech, Web3) for strategic adoption opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological readiness and competitive advantage
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify acquisition targets and IP opportunities
- Author thought leadership publications on industry disruption scenarios
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record of scaling technology roadmaps from concept to execution
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Strong presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published research or patents in emerging technology fields
- Global network of tech innovators and academic collaborators
