- Present futuristic visions to C-suite and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic labs and startups specializing in 2030-viable technologies
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI collaboration models
- Manage innovation portfolio with KPIs focused on market disruption and sustainable impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with proven experience in emerging tech adoption
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, AI ethics, Web4, or neurotech)
- Published thought leadership on technological evolution or future studies
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams in matrix organizations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and horizon scanning methodologies
- Track record of launching technologies with 5+ year market impact
