Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives bridging R&D, product, and market teams
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for disruptive technological shifts
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation impact and technology adoption success
- Foster strategic partnerships with technology leaders and research institutions
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or related executive roles
- Master's degree in Business, Technology, or Engineering (PhD preferred)
