- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech integration
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (Web4, neuromorphic chips, decentralized systems)
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present technology forecasts and disruption risks to the board of directors
- Drive adoption of sustainable tech practices across engineering teams
- Mentor senior engineers in future-proof architecture methodologies
Qualifications
- 12+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in CTO/CTO-equivalent roles
- Proven track record of scaling technology teams (50+ engineers)
- Expertise in AI/ML frameworks, blockchain architectures, and quantum computing principles
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies
- Experience with Fortune 500 digital transformations
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certifications in AWS/Azure/GCP with deep infrastructure knowledge
