Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3, etc.) for commercial viability
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align tech initiatives with organizational vision
- Design and oversee implementation of pilot programs for next-gen solutions
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for technology adoption and ROI
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Foster partnerships with academic institutions and tech innovators
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of successfully launching transformative tech initiatives
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and future tech trends
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder communications
- Certification in technology management (e.g., CTO, PMP, or similar) highly valued
