Responsibilities
- Architect 2026+ technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, generative AI, and decentralized systems
- Lead market analysis for emerging tech trends (neuromorphic chips, biohybrid interfaces, climate tech)
- Develop implementation frameworks for ethical AI governance and responsible innovation
- Partner with product teams to prototype next-gen user experiences for metaverse and spatial computing
- Establish strategic alliances with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present disruptive technology forecasts to executive stakeholders and investors
- Drive sustainability initiatives through circular economy tech integration
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on emerging technologies
- 8+ years experience in tech strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in future-gazing methodologies (scenario planning, horizon scanning)
- Deep technical knowledge across at least three emerging domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of scaling technology initiatives from concept to market
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
