As a key member of our executive team, you will identify and evaluate emerging technologies that will define the landscape of 2026 and beyond. You will develop strategic roadmaps, guide research and development initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring groundbreaking ideas to life.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and forecast emerging technology trends to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate new technologies.
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain relationships with key industry partners and thought leaders.
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory impacts on emerging technologies.
- Lead cross-functional projects to integrate new technologies into existing products and services.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management.
- Proven track record of identifying and commercializing emerging technologies.
- Deep expertise in at least two of the following: AI, quantum computing, biotechnology, or advanced materials.
- Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong network within the technology innovation ecosystem.
