- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate futuristic solutions into existing systems
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry consortia
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory landscapes affecting innovation
- Manage a $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused decision-making
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of implementing emerging technologies at scale
