Responsibilities
- Lead technology foresight initiatives to identify emerging trends and disruptive innovations with 3-5 year impact horizons
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for integrating breakthrough technologies into enterprise ecosystems
- Partner with product and engineering teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present technology strategies to stakeholders including investors, clients, and industry consortia
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure innovation ROI and technology adoption metrics
- Manage a $5M+ innovation portfolio with agile resource allocation and risk mitigation protocols
- Build and mentor a team of futurists and technical specialists
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy with 8+ years in tech innovation
- Proven track record of launching or scaling disruptive technologies in enterprise environments
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, AI ethics, blockchain, or climate tech
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing technology investment decisions
- Proficiency in scenario planning methodologies and technology adoption lifecycle frameworks
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems (VCs, startups, research institutions)
