Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven success in emerging tech domains
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Strategy, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two future-critical areas: quantum applications, generative AI governance, or sustainable tech infrastructure
- Track record of developing and implementing technology roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
