Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and deploy future-ready solutions
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on emerging technologies and market disruptions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech innovators

- Mentor talent in emerging technology adoption frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Proven track record implementing AI/quantum solutions at scale
- Expertise in technology forecasting and competitive analysis
- Executive-level communication with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Certifications in AI Strategy, Cloud Architecture, or Innovation Management
- Experience in venture capital or corporate innovation labs
