Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-2030 technology roadmaps aligning with emerging trends in quantum AI, biotech convergence, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions including neural interfaces and climate-adaptive infrastructure
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Design ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and AI decision-making
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior talent in future-focused skill development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with demonstrated experience in emerging tech adoption
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with PhD preferred
- Published thought leadership on 4IR technologies or future-of-work implications
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, neuromorphic chips, or Web3 infrastructure
- Experience scaling innovative solutions from concept to enterprise deployment
- Strong network within global innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Boston, Shenzhen)
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and futures methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
