Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps aligning with corporate vision and market trends
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum AI, neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Present strategic technology briefings to investors and board members
- Establish KPIs for future technology adoption and ROI measurement
- Identify and mitigate ethical/regulatory implications of disruptive technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record scaling futuristic technologies to market
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech)
- Executive communication skills translating complex concepts to stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment
