- Lead innovation sprints for emerging tech domains (quantum AI, neuro-interfaces, climate-tech)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-7 year adoption cycles
- Architect scalable proof-of-concepts for next-gen digital infrastructure solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and investor boards
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget across R&D and pilot programs
- Mentor cross-functional teams in emerging technology implementation frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with Fortune 500/SaaS unicorn experience
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI ethics, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized tech products with $10M+ ARR impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with technology specialization
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Harvard Business Review, or equivalent
- Experience leading global remote teams across 3+ time zones
- Certified in emerging tech frameworks (e.g., AWS Quantum, Google AI Ethics)
