Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-year technology roadmaps aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Lead discovery initiatives in emerging fields (Web4.0, neural interfaces, sustainable tech)
- Partner with product teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab focused on 2026+ technologies
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory landscapes affecting future deployments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends and translating them to market opportunities
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Experience scaling technology teams in fast-paced environments
- Strong financial modeling skills for tech ROI analysis and budget allocation
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business/Strategy preferred
- Certifications in emerging technologies (e.g., TensorFlow, AWS Quantum) a plus
