Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and testing emerging technologies (quantum, AI, blockchain)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercial viability
- Design ethical frameworks for AI implementation and sustainable tech adoption
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and industry forums
- Manage vendor partnerships and academic collaborations for R&D initiatives
- Build KPIs to measure technology adoption impact and ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven experience with emerging technologies (quantum computing, generative AI, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight preferred
- Track record of launching successful tech products/services
- Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management skills
