Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead research and adoption of emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, Web4.0)
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions and validate market viability
- Present strategic briefings to stakeholders and secure cross-departmental buy-in
- Monitor competitor tech portfolios and identify disruptive opportunities
- Build and lead a specialized innovation task force
- Author thought leadership content on future tech trends
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies to market
- Deep expertise in at least two future tech domains (AI ethics, quantum applications, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management with executive communication skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies preferred
