Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Lead research and adoption of emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3.0)
- Drive digital transformation initiatives across global operations
- Build and lead a high-performing innovation lab team
- Establish strategic partnerships with tech startups and research institutions
- Present technology vision and progress to C-suite and board members
- Manage $50M+ annual technology innovation budget
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years at executive level
- Proven track record of scaling technology in Fortune 500 environments
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, cloud architecture, and emerging tech trends
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Certification in strategic technology planning (e.g., CIO Leadership Association)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams of 50+ professionals
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
