Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale breakthrough solutions
- Develop strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical technology adoption and risk mitigation
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, thought leadership, and patent development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services in emerging tech
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies and technology trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Deep knowledge of at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in innovation management or strategic foresight preferred
