Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in AI, blockchain, and sustainable tech innovation
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Partner with product teams to translate futuristic concepts into MVPs
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and industry forums
- Manage R&D partnerships with academic institutions and startups
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and futurist workshops
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record launching future-oriented products (e.g., AI, AR/VR)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Strategic consulting or Big Tech experience preferred
- Strong data modeling and market forecasting skills
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) a plus
