Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and organizational goals
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, decentralized AI) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling future-focused initiatives
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to maintain first-mover advantages
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical implementation of disruptive technologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record in anticipating tech disruptions and translating them into business value
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
