InnovateNext is seeking a visionary Future Technology Strategist to architect our 2026 digital transformation roadmap. This pivotal role requires a forward-thinking leader to identify emerging technologies, develop long-term innovation frameworks, and drive implementation of next-generation solutions. You'll collaborate with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with business objectives while maintaining competitive advantage in rapidly evolving markets.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute a 5-year technology strategy positioning InnovateNext as an industry leader by 2026
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3.0, biotech convergence) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation labs to prototype and validate breakthrough solutions
- Develop governance frameworks for ethical AI adoption and responsible technology deployment
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological ROI and innovation maturity across departments
- Present strategic roadmaps to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in for high-impact initiatives
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory trends affecting future technology landscapes
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven experience building innovation pipelines with measurable business outcomes
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable plans
- Certified in technology foresight methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Technique)
- Track record of scaling technology initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology Management, Innovation, or related field
- Published thought leadership in future technology trends (IEEE, MIT Tech Review, etc.)
