Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, AR/VR, bio-integrated systems) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, engineering, and product teams
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis and scenario planning for tech disruption
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of technological curiosity
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Executive-level presentation skills and stakeholder management expertise
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in technology strategy or innovation management preferred
