- Present strategic visions to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Build and lead a specialized team of futurists and technologists
- Secure partnerships with leading research institutions and emerging tech startups
- Drive R&D investment decisions for breakthrough technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record of launching at least 2 disruptive products/services
- Expertise in AI, blockchain, AR/VR, or quantum computing ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Certification in futures thinking (e.g., from Institute of the Future)
- Published thought leadership in technology forecasting
- Experience scaling global tech initiatives from concept to market
