Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) to identify strategic opportunities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints and pilot programs for cutting-edge solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and technology pioneers
- Monitor global tech ecosystems to anticipate disruptive shifts and competitive threats
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through enterprise-wide implementation frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy (PhD preferred)
- 12+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of implementing emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in at least three future-tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or industry disruption
- Experience scaling technology initiatives in high-growth markets
- Certification in emerging technologies or innovation management (e.g., CEH, TOGAF)
