- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future tech capabilities into product strategy
- Build and manage cross-functional innovation labs for emerging technology prototyping
- Analyze global tech policy implications and recommend compliance frameworks
- Mentor teams in emerging technologies and foster a culture of continuous learning
- Present strategic technology forecasts to investors and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (AI/quantum/blockchain)
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term tech roadmaps
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation principles
- Deep understanding of quantum computing applications and decentralized systems
- Experience presenting complex tech concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research or patents in future technologies preferred
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python, Rust, or similar)
