Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional initiatives integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech solutions
- Conduct scenario planning for disruptive technologies and their business implications
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation ROI and technological adoption
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Mentor emerging technologists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Technology Management
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (AI, blockchain, quantum)
- Certification in Technology Futures Planning or equivalent
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for emerging technologies
- Exceptional data modeling and predictive analytics capabilities
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals
- Experience with global cross-functional teams in Fortune 500 environments
